These terms apply to the use of our website and the services we provide.
Proposals and scope
Every project begins with a written proposal setting out scope, timeline and fees. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Payments
Projects are billed as an advance plus milestone or launch payments; retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within the period stated on them.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you, including your website content, designs and domain. Third-party tools and licences remain subject to their own terms.
Results
We work to agreed goals and report transparently, but search rankings, ad performance and platform policies are outside our full control, so specific results cannot be guaranteed.
